All Original Yamaha NS-10M Studio Monitors in Minty Condition

Sold: Matched pair of NS-10M Studio monitors in minty condition for their age. 

This pair is ALL ORIGINAL. All components are from the original factory build, and the woofers, tweeters, and crossovers are all matched. These NS-10s have been very well taken care of by their previous owner.

This set has been disassembled, inspected, lightly touched up, reassembled, and tested. Details below: 

Woofers are matched, and the cones are near mint. There are a few tiny specs of discoloration and some small, slightly rough patches that only show up when very close in the right light. See photos 20 and 21 (note how this is not visible in photos 4 and 5, and barely visible in 6 and 7).
Tweeters are matched and near mint. Both tweeter gaskets are present and positioned properly. One grille may have had a minor reshaping at some point. See photos 8–11 (specifically 10–11 for the reshaping suspect). Overall, they look fantastic, but noting this for full disclosure.
The original Yamaha NS-10M Studio lettering is in excellent condition. See photos 12 and 13.
During inspection, we found an internal triangular support block that had come loose. It was cleaned and properly glued back into place with wood glue and ethyl cyanoacrylate (super glue). The adhesive was allowed to off-gas and fully cure for 96 hours before reassembly.
Crossovers were fully inspected and are in great shape. No loose coils or damage of any kind. We pack NS-10s backside-down to ensure these remain secured.
Cabinets are in fantastic condition and have been properly cleaned, restained, polycoated, and waxed. The finish is generally nice and even. Corners are nearly perfect, with only a few minor imperfections. Edges are sharp and generally undamaged, with just a few very small dings. No rubber strips or sticky residue on the bottoms (!!!).
One cabinet side has some scratching and a bit of discoloration that's only visible in the right light. We highlighted this with a flashlight (see photo 24 and the scratching in photo 25). There are also some blemishes on the bottoms (see photo 16) and a bit of sticky residue on the back of one monitor (see photo 17).
There are a few other small imperfections in the cabinets, but nothing in horizontal orientation really stands out in normal lighting. Our camera tends to exaggerate dust on black surfaces. Many of the tiny specs you see in close-ups wipe right off. In person, these are glorious.
