OEM Access Virus TI Polar Panel Board w/ All New Tacts (Rescue)

For sale: Access Virus TI Polar (V1) with all new tact switches rated for 1 million clicks. Two pots have also been replaced with ALPS clones (the original ALPS pots are no longer in production or available at a reasonable price). 

This board is a rescue and was in very rough shape when we received it. There was dirt, staining, corrosion, destroyed traces, and other issues related to the general poor condition it was received in. We worked very hard to save this board and are happy to report it works perfectly. There are a total of 10 jumps on the board that had to be put in place to restore signal path due to corroded / damaged traces. There is also 1 factory bodge (very common on the TI panel boards). Also note, the pot plate has been sanded down to remove corrossion and given several coats of Rust-Oleum clear enamel.

This is for a TI Polar. If you think it might look cool in your TI Desktop, you are mistaken. It's meant to be displayed against a white background, On the TI Desktop's black background, the LEDs are blinding even when LED LUX is set to 0%. While this board works perfectly, we want to be up front about the condition it arrived in. The tact switches should not need to be replaced again. Some of them may have the characteristic Virus snaggletooth going on. The through holes and pads were in rough shape in many cases, and so we did the best we could. All of that said, all tacts, pots and LEDs function as intended. If nobody purchases, we would be happy to throw into a TI Polar restoration should the need arise on our end. 

Pricing reflects the rarity and difficulty of sourcing this part. We will refund up to $100 if you ship your existing panel board back to us (depending on condition). If your panel board is fully salvageable and only requires new pots and tact switches, we will refund the full $100. If there are other issues, we can work out something fair. This offer is a discretionary core return credit specific to this part and does not modify our standard return or refund policies. Customer is responsible for return shipping of the old board. Any refund will be issued after inspection.
