For sale: Modor NF-1. This compact 8-voice polyphonic synth is a distinctive gem, blending virtual analog warmth with unconventional digital synthesis techniques. Its standout feature is the formant filter, which imparts vocal-like qualities to sounds, alongside a versatile oscillator section capable of producing everything from classic waveforms to gritty, experimental timbres. The deep modulation matrix allows for intricate sound sculpting, making it ideal for crafting unique pads, leads, and evolving textures that stand out in any mix. The delay is also fantastic and fully capable of going into overdrive by maxing out the mix and feedback settings, giving you insane delay tails (tons of fun, don't blow your speakers, folks!). The interface is intuitive, with hands-on knobs and a clear display for effortless tweaking. This unit is in great condition, well maintained, and perfect for musicians seeking a synth with a bold, unconventional character for studio or live use.

Updated to the latest OS and bootloader (Beta 20, more on this in a sec), and the default patch library has been loaded. Beta 20 fixes an issue with this particular run of units and will be included in the next official release (there was an issue with Send and Receive RX bouncing back, hence the bounceback off message on boot). Worked directly with Marcel over at Modor on this one :) When OS 20 is released, this special message will go away.
All new caps from Belgium for the pots and encoder are nice and white (the previous set were yellowed and not responding to whitening techniques).
Includes the wood sides and rack mount kit. Some people (myself included) like the desktop look better without the wood sides (see photo 24 / this is a stock photo). Looks glorious in a rack as well :)

A scuff in the original finish has been touched up. While not perfect, it hides better than the scuff. See photos 19-20.
