The E-MU Protozoa ROM (AP642-01) contains the complete preset libraries from the first three Proteus modules:
Proteus/1 (Pop Rock): Pianos, electric pianos, basses, guitars, drum kits, synth leads and pads — core pop and rock instruments of the early 1990s.
Proteus/2 (Orchestral): Strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, harp, and choir — classic ensemble textures for orchestral scoring.
Proteus/3 (World): Ethnic and world instruments including sitar, koto, kalimba, shakuhachi, oud, bagpipes, and assorted global percussion.
Together this ROM delivers more than 640 presets, combining pop/rock, orchestral, and world sounds into a single expansion for the Proteus 2000 series.
