Access Virus TI2 Rack, New Battery, Rack Mount Kit + PSU, OS 5.1.7

For sale: Access Virus TI2 Rack in minty condition. This unit is among the cleanest TI2s out there. It's almost mint, with only a few minor blemishes. Comes configured for rack use, but we are happy to switch to desktop mode at the buyer's request.

The Virus TI2 is, in our opinion, the reigning king of polyphonic, multitimbral analog modeling synths. With dual DSP processors, 64 waveforms, 100 wavetables, 2 filters, 3 LFOs, an advanced mod matrix, and a full suite of effects (including a few extras over the standard TI), the sonic possibilities are virtually endless. The TI2 offers up to 110 voices of polyphony and is 16 parts multitimbral, with 3 stereo outs, as well as audio streaming over USB via the Total Integration VST, which is an absolute thing of beauty in supported operating systems (the audio streams act like soft synths within your DAW, allowing you to EQ, send FX, or pile on plugins to create something truly unique). 

Details below:

Replaced the internal battery with a new Energizer lithium 2032. You shouldn't need to worry about the battery for ~10 years.
Upgraded the operating system to the latest version (5.1.7).
The screen and LCD bezel are in immaculate condition and function perfectly. The screens don't always photograph well.
The rack mount kit it shipped with was damaged. We replaced it with a brand-new rack mount kit (very hard to find!).
Includes the OEM metal plate used to cover the holes on the bottom of the rack mount kit if you wish to switch to desktop mode.
Includes a new high-quality power supply with a custom 14mm tip (to prevent power cycling if the cable is wiggled).
There are two very minor blemishes we could find. There is a small, hard-to-see scratch just below the C in Access on the faceplate (see photo 20). There is also a small shiny mark above the Resonance knob (see photo 21). There may be another very minor mark or two. Please examine the photos carefully, as we've done our best to capture the condition.

This really is a beautiful TI2, a stunning example of the king ;)!

Mac users, please do your homework before you purchase. The Total Integration app is not compatible with the latest versions of macOS. There are third-party apps available for purchase for Mac users. The Total Integration app works well in Windows 10. Users report it also works fine in Windows 11, but we have not personally verified this. We encourage users to do their research if they're not sure.
