SOLD: Access Virus TI2 digital synthesizer in perfect working and very good cosmetic condition. It comes configured for rack use, but we are happy to switch to desktop mode at the buyer's request.
Details below:
Replaced the internal battery with a new Energizer lithium 2032. You shouldn't need to worry about the battery for ~10 years.
Upgraded the operating system to the latest version (5.1.7).
The LCD bezel has been polished. Though not perfect, it's looking its best.
Includes a new high-quality power supply with a 13mm tip (to prevent power cycling if the cable is wiggled).
There are a number of blemishes on this unit and the rack mount kit. See photos 20-25. Please examine the photos carefully, as we've done our best to capture the condition.
The Virus TI2 is, in our opinion, the reigning king of polyphonic, multitimbral analog modeling synths. With dual DSP processors, 64 waveforms, 100 wavetables, 2 filters, 3 LFOs, an advanced mod matrix, and a full suite of effects (including a few extras over the standard TI), the sonic possibilities are virtually endless. The TI2 offers up to 110 voices of polyphony and is 16 parts multitimbral, with 3 stereo outs, as well as audio streaming over USB via the Total Integration VST, which is an absolute thing of beauty in supported operating systems (the audio streams act like soft synths within your DAW, allowing you to EQ, send FX, or pile on plugins to create something truly unique).
These are stunningly beautiful machines, inside and out. Always a pleasure to bring them back to peak condition for the next leg of their journey. All hail "The King" 👑 :)
Mac users, please do your homework. The Total Integration app is not compatible with the latest versions of macOS. There are third-party apps available for purchase for Mac users. The Total Integration app works well in Windows 10. Users report it also works fine in Windows 11, but we have not personally verified this. We encourage users to do their research if they're not sure.
