Access Virus TI2 Rack Minty Late Production Run w/ Original PSU + New HQ USB Cable

For sale: Access Virus TI2 rack (desktop) digital synthesizer in near-mint condition. This is a late-production run and is among the cleanest TI2s you'll find available for sale in 2026.

Ships with the original power supply and your choice of a new high-quality, heavily shielded 1M (3.28 ft, photographed) or 1.5M (4.92 ft) USB cable optimized for audio streaming over USB. We recommend using the shortest cable possible for your setup if you intend to use the Total Integration plugin. Happy to swap in a standard 6-ft USB cable if you do not intend to use the TI plugin.

This unit is in rack configuration, meaning the I/O comes out of the back (bottom) of the unit when racked. We are happy to convert it to desktop orientation at the buyer's request, but note that the rack ears stay. This is the only bottom plate we have for this unit. We would need to add feet for desktop use, otherwise the screws on the bottom will damage your desk.

Details below:

All pots and tacts work flawlessly. This is a later production run, confirmed by the fact that the unit's internal screws are T10 and not Phillips (see photo 22). Late-production pots are smoother and less tight.
The display functions perfectly with both backlights working as intended. The LCD bezel is also in perfect condition (see photo 19).
New Energizer CR2032 lithium cell battery installed. The original battery was fine, but we replaced it proactively since we had the unit opened up (see photo 22).
This is the only TI2 we've ever seen that has no Virus logo on the wood panel. An oddity indeed. It makes us wonder if this was a B-stock unit Kemper put together after production ended in 2023, but that is pure speculation. We have no way to verify the details on this one, but wanted to disclose it.
This unit is exceptionally clean, but not perfect. There is a dimple on the lower left of the faceplate from an internal bolt being overtightened (a common occurrence on Virus synths). It's minor and honestly the last thing your eyes will be drawn to when using this unit, but we wanted to disclose (see photo 23). There are also a number of minor imperfections on the rack mount kit, including some minor rack rash (see photos 23-25). Please examine all photos carefully, as we have done our best to document the condition.

The Virus TI2 is a monster of a polyphonic, multitimbral analog modeling synth. With dual DSP processors, 64 waveforms, 100 wavetables, 2 filters, 3 LFOs, an advanced mod matrix, and a full suite of effects, including a few extras over the standard TI, the sonic possibilities are virtually endless. The TI2 offers up to 110 voices of polyphony and is 16-part multitimbral, with 3 stereo outputs, as well as audio streaming over USB via the Total Integration VST, which is an absolute thing of beauty in supported operating systems. The audio streams appear directly within your DAW via 3 independent stereo pairs, allowing you to process individual Virus parts with EQ, compression, effects, automation, and third-party plugins as part of your normal mixing workflow. You can also use the 3 analog stereo outputs simultaneously, giving you access to a total of 6 stereo output pairs across USB and the analog outputs in Multi Mode.

This is a minty and absolutely gorgeous example of "The King" in rack form 👑 :)

Mac users, please do your homework before purchasing. The Total Integration app is not compatible with the latest versions of macOS. The app works perfectly in Windows 10. Some users report it also works fine in Windows 11, but we have not personally tested this.
