Sold: Access Virus TI2 Desktop digital synthesizer in perfect working order and excellent cosmetic condition. This is a later-production and is among the cleanest TI2s you will find available in 2026. Not perfect, but overall very close.

Ships with the original Power Add power supply and a high-quality, heavily shielded 1.5M (4.92 ft) USB cable optimized for audio streaming over USB.

Details below:

All pots and tact switches work flawlessly. This is a later-production unit that has been exceptionally well cared for.
Both backlights work as intended on the display and the LCD bezel has been polished to look its best (see photo 19).
Updated to the latest OS version 5.1.7.
Installed a new Energizer CR2032 lithium cell. You should not need to worry about the battery for ~10 years (see photo 23).
The panel board is exceptionally clean, indicating this unit saw very little use (see photo 22).
This unit looks nice and clean overall, but it's not perfect. There is a minor ding on the front right corner (see photo 27), minor ding right rear corner (see photos 28 and 13), two imperfections in the silkscreen (see photos 25 and 26), a small scratch on the rear near the USB port (see photo 18), and a small blemish on the bottom (see photo 21). That said, we take close-ups in bright, natural lighting to ensure full disclosure. These are the last things you will be thinking about when using this beautiful synth. Please examine all photos carefully, as we have done our best to document the condition.

The Virus TI2 is a monster of a polyphonic, multitimbral analog-modeling synth. With dual DSP processors, 64 waveforms, 100 wavetables, two filters, three LFOs, an advanced modulation matrix, and a deep suite of effects, the sonic possibilities are virtually endless. The TI2 offers up to 110 voices of polyphony and is 16-part multitimbral, with three stereo analog outputs plus audio streaming over USB via the Total Integration plugin. On supported systems, three independent stereo pairs can appear directly within your DAW, allowing individual Virus parts to be processed with EQ, compression, effects, automation, and third-party plugins as part of your normal mixing workflow. The three analog stereo outputs may also be used simultaneously, providing up to six stereo output pairs across USB and the analog outputs in Multi Mode.

Mac and Windows 11 users, please do your homework. The native Total Integration suite requires a supported operating system, DAW, driver, and plugin configuration. The original Access software is not compatible with current versions of macOS. Works perfectly in Windows 10. Windows 11 users report issues and workarounds regarding the new digital driver signing requirements from a recent update. There are new apps on the horizon, such as Virux, but note, these apps are still in development and are not perfect. Please verify current platform support, availability, and compatibility with your intended setup before purchasing.
