For sale: An Access Virus TI Snow in perfect working order, but with some unfortunate cosmetic issues. Cosmetics aside, this unit has been fully serviced and is well-prepared for the future.
Details below:
Replaced all 21 tacts with new switches rated for 1 million clicks. They sound and feel great. Everything is very responsive, like new :) See photo #14 with all the yellow tacts. 2 pots were on their way out and replaced (cutoff and resonance). Put a new Energizer Lithium 2032 in it, so you shouldn't need to replace the battery for the next 10-15 years. Includes a high quality power supply that runs at 12v 2.0 amps (more than enough, meaning it will run cool). The synth as a whole has been properly cleaned from top to bottom, inside and out. Even the knobs are all nice and clean. Both rear corners were bent and missing a fair bit of finish. We did our best to straighten out the bends and touch up the finish. It may not be perfect, but it sure looks better than it did. The edges had missing finish in a few places. This has been touched up and hides well, but is not perfect. There are several cosmetic imperfections throughout. Most notably, someone did a real number on the area around the Filter/Mod tacts. It looks like they tried to pry the buttons out so they could get inside the unit. There is obvious wear, scratching, and a noticeable patch of missing finish. Please examine all the photos carefully. We've done our best to document the cosmetic issues.
The TI Snow is the micro version of the monster TI/TI2 series. It's 4 part multitimbral and can support 10-50 voices depending on the complexity of the patches.
