For sale: Access Virus TI Desktop digital synthesizer in perfect working order and excellent, near-mint cosmetic condition. This is among the cleanest TI Desktops you'll find available for sale in 2026. As usual, we have given it a full inspection and upgraded a few things along the way. They don't come around like this often.
Ships with aftermarket power supply and your choice of a new high-quality, heavily shielded 1M (3.28 ft, photographed) or 1.5M (4.92 ft) USB cable optimized for audio streaming over USB. We recommend using the shortest cable possible for your setup if you intend to use the Total Integration plugin. Happy to swap in a standard 6-ft USB cable if you do not intend to use the TI plugin.

All tact switches have been replaced with high-quality, brand-name tact switches rated for 3 million clicks. They are soft-touch and feel and sound just like the originals (see photos 22-25).
The battery has been replaced with a new Energizer CR2032 lithium cell (see photos 26-27).
The LCD bezel has been polished to look its best.
We have thoroughly cleaned the unit inside and out.
The overall look of this synth is exceptionally clean. There are a few minor blemishes in the finish (see photos 28-29 and the rear views in photos 17-19). Please examine all photos carefully, as we have done our best to document the condition.
The Virus TI is a polyphonic monster. With 16-part multitimbrality, a deep oscillator section, dual filters, and dedicated effects for each part, it can cover a remarkable amount of ground from a single box. Huge HyperSaw leads, evolving wavetable pads, tight basses, glassy digital textures, and intricate arpeggios are all very much at home here. It has the depth to build an entire arrangement around, but the hands-on panel makes it just as rewarding to sit down and work on one great sound.
Mac and Windows 11 users, please do your homework before buying if you intend to use the original Total Integration plugin. The Access software is a legacy system, and compatibility depends on your operating system, DAW, and USB setup. Total Integration works perfectly with a compatible Windows 10 setup, but that should not be taken as a guarantee for Windows 11 or current macOS. Aleph Virux is a promising third-party project working to bring Virus TI integration to modern systems, including Apple Silicon Macs. It is still in development, so please check its current release status and support for your exact hardware and software before relying on it. The synth can also be used independently of the TI plugin through its standard MIDI and audio connections.
