SOLD: Access Virus Indigo in extremely good condition for its age. This is the cleanest Indigo V1 (B) we've ever had come through the shop. There are generally only a handful of minor blemishes on the back / bottom. As usual, we've given it a full inspection and included a number of upgrades along the way.
Installed 30 new brand-name tact switches rated for 1 million clicks. See photos 20-21. Replaced 5 wobbly pots with clones (the original ALPS are no longer in production). See photo 20. The original Nichicon power supply filter capacitor was replaced with a new Nichicon UHE1E101MED (100µF/25V, low-ESR) capacitor. Its high ripple current handling and low ESR minimize heat, ensuring exceptional reliability and performance for this beautiful Indigo I (see photo 17). The battery has been replaced with a new Energizer CR2032 lithium cell. You shouldn't need to replace it for about 10 years (see photo 18). Updated to the latest OS (4.9) w/ 1024 patches. Installed a brand new display, as these units are known to experience backlight failure (see photos 3-4). Keys were fairly white to begin with, but we gave them a round of whitening. They're looking nice and clean (see photo 19). There are a few minor blemishes in the finish on the rear of the unit (see photos 15, 16, 22, & 23). There is also a very small ding on the rear of the left side-plate (see photo 23). Please examine the photos carefully, as we've done our best to capture everything accurately.
This is a gorgeous Virus Indigo. It was well cared for by its previous owner, and we took it to the next level. With all the upgrades and maintenance, this one is ready for its second life with a new owner.
