This is a very clean later production run that's in near-mint condition aside from the blemishes on the bottom plate. It is among the cleanest TI2s you'll find available for sale in 2026.

Details below:

Installed a new Energizer lithium cell CR2032 battery. You should not need to worry about the battery for ~10 years (see photos 22 and 23).
We have cleaned the unit thoroughly inside and out.
The LCD bezel has been polished to look its best.
This unit looks nice and clean overall, but it's not perfect. There is a minor blemish on the "U" in "Virus" on the rear plate (see photo 24), a minor blemish on the right rear side of the synth (see photo 25), and a few scrapes and imperfections on the bottom plate (see photo 26). Please examine all photos carefully, as we have done our best to document the condition.

The Virus TI2 is a monster of a polyphonic, multitimbral analog-modeling synth. With dual DSP processors, 64 waveforms, 100 wavetables, two filters, three LFOs, an advanced modulation matrix, and a deep suite of effects, the sonic possibilities are virtually endless. The TI2 offers up to 110 voices of polyphony and is 16-part multitimbral, with three stereo analog outputs plus audio streaming over USB via the Total Integration plugin. On supported systems, three independent stereo pairs can appear directly within your DAW, allowing individual Virus parts to be processed with EQ, compression, effects, automation, and third-party plugins as part of your normal mixing workflow. The three analog stereo outputs may also be used simultaneously, providing up to six stereo output pairs across USB and the analog outputs in Multi Mode.

This is a very clean and beautiful example of "The King" w/ the original OEM accessories 👑 :)

Mac and Windows 11 users, please do your homework before buying if you intend to use the original Total Integration plugin. The Access software is a legacy system, and compatibility depends on your operating system, DAW, and USB setup. It works perfectly and is an absolute thing of beauty in Windows 10 / Cubase 15. Some users report it also works fine in Windows 11, but there may be some additional config with the new driver signing requirements (some users report there is, some don't).

Mac & iOS users can check out Patch Base for controlling the TI2 (and many other synths!) outside of a DAW environment. There is a 7-day free trial and the developer is a great dude.

Also, Virux is a promising third-party project working to bring Virus TI integration to modern systems, including Apple Silicon Macs. It is still in development, so please check its current release status and support for your exact hardware and software before relying on it.

There are also exciting new open source options coming online. TI Revive looks particularly interesting, and we've heard a lot about it from users, but have not yet tested it out ourselves. This is still in development and more DAWs and operating systems (including Linux!) are coming online as kinks are worked out.

All TIs can also be used independently of the TI plugin through their standard MIDI and audio connections.

Sale includes the synth, original OEM Power Add power supply, original OEM highly shielded 10-ft USB cable with no yellowing, and free shipping to the continental US.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0631/8378/2006/files/1-access-virus-ti2-desktop-digital-synthesizer.jpg?v=1792074351
