They are soft-touch and very close in feel and sound to the original tact switches. Even the knobs have been cleaned and look nearly new. There are several imperfections in the finish on the front \/ faceplate (see photos 25-28), imperfections in the finish on the rear (see photos 15-17), a microcrack in the upper left corner of the LCD bezel (see photo 18), and two moderately sized dings in the left wood panel (see photos 7 and 29). The bezel crack appears to be from being overtightened. Do not overtighten it and it will be fine long term.
